I don’t know a lot of Japanese but I ran it through Google Lens to get a general impression and this was the result:
The translation is a bit rough, but it looks like the paragraphs at the top and bottom of the page have something to do with the subtitle and main theme of Episode I and how it relates to the plot:
Der Wille zu “Xenosaga” is a magnificent epic that depicts the universe from its creation to its demise. the first
The episode corresponds to this work, “Episode I Will to Ka”. This subtitle is also a theme, and it is based on [Nietzsche’s] words, “All humans are driven by the will to power.” Actions of all the characters Dominating the world, trying to escape from its grip, oppressing others, or healing. “Episode I" story
“The stage is about 4,000 years in the future. This era. It forms a star cluster federation consisting of about 500,000 nations at the top. On the other hand, the earth was about to be forgotten from people’s memories as a forbidden land. In “Episode 1”, Shion Uzuki, a member of the mighty power “Vector” belonging to the Federation of Star Clusters, becomes involved in a dispute over the development of the “Event Transformation Engine Zohar”, and eventually becomes independent after being tossed about. It depicts the process of taking action on one’s own will.
The subtitle on the screenshot with Albedo getting all up in Jr.'s personal space was translated as “to the new world,” though I’m not sure how accurate that is or if it’s relevant to the scene in question.
The text over the Kirschwasser in the lower right is partly cut off, but I think it says “prototype” and then “false” (the Japanese text looks like 偽り, which translates as “make believe/false/lie”?) Kirsch-something?
Even Google seems confused by whatever Wilhelm is saying. XD
