Can see it here. Specifically looking for it because I saw a sketch of Fei (bottom right of his section up there) that I don’t think Ive ever seen in any of the sites that compile all of the game’s artwork. As far as I can recall. Also, Ive never seen that colored full body Fei on the top left before, only the sketch of it.
OR THESE does anyone actually have scans of these?? Because even the side and back angles of Fei and Elly’s art here are actually different in many ways from the ones you typically see everywhere.
Edit: Found scans of these animation notes. Xenogears Design Works though.. still no luck.

Okay, update to this. Just saw this old thread of mine, saw me asking about this “Design Works” and realized the pages looked familiar!
…because I since got a copy of the Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon 
XG Preview VJump. Literally I found what it was from over a year later without even trying and after having forgotten all about this “Design Works” I had never found the source to.
I said “there’s that serious looking Fei again” without even remembering where I first saw it! lol
