YouTube keeps recommending me different mixes with the same 30 goth/post-punk/'80s songs on them and I don’t even mind. This is the only holiday spirit I’m getting into this year.
I’ll be honest I’ve never heard this version of this song before. I like Siouxsie and the Banshees though!
Apparently Mr. Bungle got back together to do a Thrash Metal album which isn’t something I’m typically into but they always throw weird spins on stuff so I gave it a listen. I then started to listen to some of their older stuff and realized that they are not quite the band for me. I like some songs, but that’s about it. Otherwise 2020 has been kinda weird for music a lot of groups just can’t play together right now because of everything and you can forget concerts entirely.
This album released like a couple months ago, and they are a super niche group but I am addicted to the melody in the last 4 minutes of this song. I don’t know why, but it’s super good to me. It’s such a simple, but really effective melody with little electronic bits thrown in there.

Nowadays I’m often listening to the soundtrack pieces of Genshin Impact, the music from that game is just breathtaking !!
I really like that indie sound in case people didn’t realize. I just heard this band and I love their sound and it turns out they are fairly local.

Woke up today and the first song that played was Taurus Shrine, which has always been my favorite out of the four shrine themes in Persona 2
i mostly listen to rap but recently I’ve been listening to a lot Dragon Quest music performed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. DQ1 overworld theme might be one of my favs. Hopefully it gets put on streaming services.
